Responsibilities
- Develop, deliver, manage and promote Global & Regional Development Programs
- Plan, prepare and support deployment of Regional Development Programs, including the facilitation of key Leadership Development Programs
- Ensure strategic alignment with regional stakeholders on leadership development topics
- Consult and coach key talents and leaders regarding their individual development activities and career development
- Consult and coach business stakeholders regarding team or leadership development needs and activities
- Review and continuously improve existing Regional Development Programs and their content in cooperation with relevant stakeholders and in alignment with the global development standards
