Job Description
Responsibilities
- Sourcing execution decisions and supplier awards
- Supplier matrix ownership and risk mitigation
- Cost outcomes within merchant‑defined guardrails
- End‑to‑end program performance through production and shipment
- Decide sourcing execution approach, including bid vs. negotiate and supplier selection
- Lead RFQs, supplier negotiations, and business awards
- Approve costs within merchant guardrails
- Own and optimize the supplier matrix, including onboarding, development, diversification, and exits
- Monitor programs during production and shipment, resolving issues in partnership with Supply Chain, CMA, and Replenishment
