Sr. Sourcing Manager
The Sr. Sourcing Manager is responsible for leading procurement and sourcing strategies, managing supplier relationships, and optimizing organizational supply and procurement processes.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic sourcing initiatives: Lead the creation of comprehensive sourcing strategies that align with organizational goals, enhance cost-efficiency, and optimize supplier performance
- Supplier relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key vendors, monitor supplier performance, ensure contract compliance, and drive cost, quality, and service improvements
