Job Description:
· 10+ years of experience managing complex, cross-functional projects
· Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary efforts across engineering, software, and field execution
· Strong ownership mindset with accountability for delivery outcomes
· Ability to lead within a matrixed organization (without direct authority)
Plus:
· PMP certification (or willingness to obtain)
· Experience in EPC, automation, logistics, or complex systems environments
· Strong contractual or legal background (highly valued)
