Sr Project Manager-Commercial High Rise

AECOM Hunt is hiring a Sr. Project Manager to deliver an out-of-the-ground high-rise construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring schedule, budget, quality, and safety performance in South Florida.  You will coordinate with design, permitting, procurement, and construction activities, lead subcontractor teams, manage risk, and maintain strong communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead façade/curtain wall procurement and installation planning, including testing, mockups, and weatherproofing sequencing.
• Support design coordination, constructability reviews, value engineering, permitting strategy, and bid packaging; lead tendering and scope alignment for major trades (structure, façade, MEP).
