Job Description
Key Accountabilities：
1. Technical Support: Draft pre-tender documents and technical specifications for projects; prepare and review project construction plans; develop construction schedules, quality management plans, and safety management protocols; and perform other technical support tasks related to projects.
2. Support Functions: Assist the project manager in project management; be responsible for procurement technical documentation for renovation and expansion projects involving factories, furnaces, and industrial facilities; support other project engineers in completing their tasks; and handle preliminary supplier registration.
3. Project Implementation: Ensure that renovation and expansion projects for factory buildings, furnaces, and industrial facilities comply with national and company standards and regulations; be responsible for project design, planning, and technical requirements; monitor key quality and schedule milestones; assist in resolving iss...
