**Job Title: Production Supervisor – PM Shift**
**Shift: Monday - Friday**
**Pay: $90,000 - $105,000**
**Job Description**
This role oversees daily operations in a high-speed, state-of-the-art bakery production facility, leading a large team on the PM shift to deliver safe, high-quality specialty food products. You will manage multiple production lines, coordinate with key support functions, and drive continuous improvement using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, while fostering a culture of engagement, safety, and operational excellence.

+ Oversee daily production and packaging operations on two high-speed lines, ensuring optimal performance, consistent product flow, and adherence to production schedules.
