Sr Production Planner

Job Description

Responsible for maintaining the proper supply and flow of materials to ensure customer demand is met efficiently and on time.

Responsibilities

• Schedule production to meet daily customer demand using Work-In-Process (WIP) reports.
• Plan, create, release, and manage work orders using SAP to meet internal and external customer due dates while ensuring proper WIP flow.
• Maintain detailed SAP and Excel reports to track material shortages and support On-Time Performance (OTTP) objectives for manufacturing and material delivery to production lines.
• Manage material planning using SAP, KANBAN, Min-Max, and periodic review methodologies.
• Manage order confirmations, goods receipts (MIGO), and CO27 transactions within SAP.
• Ship finished units to customers and prepare shipping documentation using SAP.
