Sr. Process Engineer
At Nouryon, the Senior Process Engineer leads process optimization, ensures operational excellence, and drives continuous improvement initiatives within chemical manufacturing operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead process optimization initiatives to improve key performance indicators such as OEE, yield, throughput, and cost efficiency
- Identify, analyze, and eliminate process inefficiencies using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Provide advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis for complex process issues
- Drive continuous improvement projects aligned with business and operational goals
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards within chemical manufacturing operations
