Job Description

  • Employee code creation on HRMS after checking joining documents on system
  • Coordinate for biometric registrations allotment of shifts / weekly offs for PAN India joiners
  • Data checking & updating on HRMS, on change request basis
  • Payroll processing of PAN India employees, analyse variances month on month basis
  • Process full & final settlements for PAN India exiting employees
  • Any other ancillary support in payroll.

    • Skills & Knowledge

    Fair Communication skills in English & Hindi,

    E-mail drafting,

    Must have worked on any decent HRMS,

    Handled in house payroll processing for at least 1000 multi geographically distributed employees,

    Knowledge on Taxation,

    Basic knowledge on Payroll compliances such as PF/ ESI / PT / bonus / minimum wages
