Job Description
Our Sr. Operations Managers are responsible for all budgetary, people development and operational objectives. They oversee all aspects of operations at the site, managing and leading a team of Operations and Area Managers, coaching and mentoring to meet performance objectives, building positive employee relations, and developing leadership bench strength within the Fulfillment Center.
Responsibilities
- Drive creation of quality initiatives, process change initiatives and other Lean initiatives to enable their functional area and ultimately the FC to meet and exceed the business plan.
- Be responsible for the overall safety, quality, performance and customer experience of either inbound or outbound operations.
- Set and clarify requirements and expectations for Operations and Area Managers, measure performance, provide feedback, and hold Ops Managers accountable for their performance and that of their departments.
