Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership • Oversee day-to-day operations across receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, inventory control, and returns processing.
• Manage multiple distribution centers or large-scale facilities (typically 200,000+ sq ft).
• Achieve and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) including productivity, order accuracy, on-time delivery, fill rate, and cost per unit shipped.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to support business growth, seasonal peaks, and new customer onboarding. Team Management & Development • Lead, coach, and develop a team of managers, supervisors, and 50+ hourly associates across multiple shifts.
• Foster a strong safety-first culture and maintain excellent OSHA / safety metrics.
• Handle talent acquisition, performance management, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives. Process Improvement & Efficiency • Drive Lean / Six Sigma initiatives, automat...
