Job Description
Provide overall leadership for product development, technology initiatives, and other strategic projects to support Manufacturing and Business Units across all sites.
• Provide leadership and guidance for operational activities to ensure efficient execution and alignment with business objectives.
• Develop and implement operational roadmaps to support production readiness across all relevant functions.
• Ensure all new product introduction (NPI) activities adhere to required cycle times, specifications, standards, and procedural guidelines, including documentation and supporting materials.
• Coach and train team members on conducting analyses, simulations, and validation techniques to enhance design effectiveness and resolve quality or process-related issues.
• Provide training on industry-standard design principles, tolerancing, and technical requirements to support manufacturing capability and quality of all engineering or fabrication projects. ...
