Role Overview
We are looking for a high-ownership, high-trust Operations Coordinator who will support all aspects of our business operations. The role spans finance, contracts, IT, HR, vendor relationships, and executive support. This full‑time, fixed‑term (one year) position is based in Toronto, offers full benefits and bonus eligibility, and provides significant autonomy.
What You Will Own
Finance & Contract Administration
- Receive, record, and process cheques for the AR team; coordinate lockbox delivery
- Scan and file tax documents; notify relevant parties on receipt
- Maintain a master log of all vendor contracts, SOWs, and agreements, tracking renewal dates, review windows, and cancellation deadlines proactively
- Process documents through DocuSign and manage the full signature workflow
