Sr. Operational Safety Manager

POSITION SUMMARY

The Corporate Senior Operational Safety Manager is responsible for driving excellence in safety across all plants. This role provides expert guidance and supports local EHS teams and plant leadership in managing safety risks, high-risk operations, and ensuring compliance with corporate standards and regulatory requirements, as well as Process Safety. The position plays a critical role in supporting corporate EHS programs deployment, conducting audits and implementation of preventive actions. Additionally, this role is instrumental in building a strong safety culture at plants, promoting zero-accidents, developing behavior-based safety programs, and developing safe leadership skills among supervisors and frontline leaders. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with strong expertise in operational safety and continuous improvement.
