SR. O&M Solar Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Solar Engineer to oversee the performance, reliability, and optimization of utility-scale and/or commercial solar PV plants. The role is responsible for troubleshooting, performance analysis, preventive and corrective maintenance strategies, and supporting asset management to maximize energy yield and system uptime.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead O&M activities for solar PV power plants (rooftop, ground-mounted, or utility-scale).
• Monitor plant performance using SCADA and monitoring platforms; analyze KPIs such as PR, CUF, and availability.
• Identify underperformance issues and implement corrective actions.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for system failures and recurring faults.
• Manage preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for inverters, transformers, combiner boxes, and modules.
