• Responsible for issuance of proposals, cover notes & policies for all classes.
• Coordinate with clients, surveyors, and the underwriting team to support claims and policy renewals
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing proactive updates on policy status, renewals, and active claims.
• Liaise between technical underwriters and sales teams to resolve operational bottlenecks and documentation delays.
• Manage renewal pipelines by tracking upcoming policy expirations and reaching out to clients early.
