Requirements:
- Qualification: BE (Industrial Manufacturing/Textile) or MBA
- Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience
Responsibilities:
- Develop an extensive resource-wise plan for Cutting, Stitching, and Packing by every month end, incorporating demand in collaboration with the production and Sales/Marketing to meet the monthly sales target.
- Confirm all incoming orders within a lead time, ensuring timely shipment from all stages by the targeted date without any On-Time In Full issues.
- Coordinate and aggressively follow up with the material planner and material procurement team to ensure on-time availability fabrics and trims, facilitating smooth execution of production plans.
- Monitor the productivity from cut to pack level against the plan, circulating daily reports.
