**The Role****Responsibilities**- Lead the Order Management Systems team, providing mentorship, professional development, and strategic direction.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize order management workflows, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and automation.
- Develop and maintain a roadmap for system enhancements aligned with business goals.
- Oversee NetSuite configuration, customization, and integrations to support business functions like fulfillment, revenue recognition, compliance, and more.
- Partner with Finance, E-Commerce, Retail, Customer Care, Supply Chain, and IT teams to ensure accurate and efficient order processing.
