Amazon's Emerging Markets (EM10) serve hundreds of millions of customers across India, Brazil, Mexico, Middle East, Turkey, Australia, Singapore, and South Africa. Yet a majority of these customers remain unsettled - they shop infrequently, lapse quickly, and never build the habits that unlock Amazon's full value. Settling these customers represents a $5B-$7B incremental opportunity across EMs. The IES Lifecycle Experiences (ILX) team exists to solve this problem - programmatically and efficiently progressing customers through their engagement with Amazon, from first purchase to settled Prime membership.
We are seeking a senior product and business leader to own this charter end-to-end. You will lead a team of product managers, marketers, and program managers building the systems, experiences, and intelligence that drive customer settlement at scale.
