As a Sr. MEMS Development Engineer, you will use your technical and creative problem‑solving skills to develop MEMS technology and resonators for SiTime’s next-generation timing products.
Responsibilities
- Design MEMS devices and characterize their electrical, mechanical, and thermal performance
- Extend and enhance automated infrastructure for MEMS characterization and design
- Perform Failure Analysis on SiTime products
- Design, run, and analyze experiments to understand device physics, materials and fabrication
- Interface with local and overseas vendors
- Work in cross-functional teams, including Circuits, Systems, and Packaging
- Drive and/or support projects and other company goals as needed
