DESCRIPTION

You will be our Subject Matter Expert for mechanical systems, supporting MEP solutions for prototype templates and working with other General Realty teams such as Sustainability and RME, and Execution teams including Preconstruction and Construction. Collaboration with various stakeholders will be essential to drive the development and management of mechanical design specifications and support the Enterprise Building Automation System being deployed across the worldwide network.

Key job responsibilities

The Sr Mechanical Engineer will be the single-threaded leader on mechanical design initiatives across the EU region while:

• Define, document, communicate and own mechanical and plumbing engineering design standards.
• Maintain basis of design (BOD) for mechanical and plumbing disciplines.
• Tracking key metrics and performance
