Job Summary
The purpose of this job is to perform mechanical fleet maintenance services for company trucks and trailers from a physical shop location or designated mobile unit.
Essential Job Functions
- Complete preventive and routine maintenance services on company trucks and trailers according to manufacturer guidelines and DOT regulations, under the supervision and direction of the management and administrative staff. Prepare trucks for inspection following company guidelines.
- Obtain parts from vendors for maintenance repair jobs as needed; respond to maintenance service call requests, whether onsite or offsite, to diagnose and repair cause of vehicle malfunction.
