**Long Description**:
Analyze and solve production engineering and new project qualification issues with the objective of ensureing new project launch on time and the production by order and improving the efficiency within the supervision of Sr.
Manager PBL organization.
As a PBL manufacturing engineer to work with cross functions and PBL suppliers, to response for the new products' quotation and process design and sample qualification, and to support sourcing to drive productivity and on time delivery etc..
train and support PBL supplier to improve their capability.
**What your background should look like**:
- Project leader (for Micro Lite proejct), to manage new project for on schedule approval
- As manufacturing engineer, to support supplier for DFM and PFMEA etc. preparation and design review etc.
- As manufacturing engineer, to support supplier for process and tool design and qualification
