Job Description
Reporting to the Director, Global Clinical Operations (GCO) Business Analytics & Operations Management (BAOM), the Senior (Sr.) Manager, Site Budgets & Contracts focuses on generating and reviewing investigator site budgets related to investigator grants (IGs) using Grants Manager. The role requires extensive experience with Grants Manager and/or GrantPlan and the ability to produce accurate Phase 1–IV IG budgets efficiently. The manager also contributes to scenario planning and its impact on the study budget, validates budgets against internal, third‑party vendor and industry data, and collaborates closely with GCO stakeholders, CROs and Clinical Operations during the study start‑up phase to support site activation according to target timelines.
