About the Role
Implement post-investment monitoring and management of debt plan issued according to multiple objectives and ensure the entire process compliant with internal and regulatory requirements.

Responsible for post-investment monitoring and management of debt plan issued, including post-investment management reports, information disclosure, regulatory reporting, and coordination of product valuation…etc.Collect materials related to post-investment management and continuously monitor key clauses and risk indicators.Responsible for product initiation and features updating.Participate in principal & interests repayment, payment distribution, and drafting post-investment transaction documents (if any).Participate in communication with external investors and promote the voting issues of...
