The Pickup and Return Points (PARP) team manages Amazon's large-scale network of lockers and counters worldwide where customers can pick up their orders or process returns. PARP exists to serve Amazon customers through a network of pickup and return locations, in a way that improves transporter safety, reduces cost to serve, and enables incremental selection for Amazon - while making package handling effortless for customers, partners, and carriers. We accelerate adoption by driving customer awareness, conversion, retention, and partner satisfaction.
Amazon PARP is experiencing tremendous growth and transformation. We are scaling rapidly from $500MM+ in net savings in 2026 towards our ambitious goal of $1B by 2028.
