**We are looking for a Sr Manager IT Program Management to be part of our HUB IT North America Team**

**The role**
The Sr. Manager, IT Program Management, is both a senior leader and an individual contributor within the North America IT PMO. The key focus areas for this role are, but not limited to, leading a team of program and project managers, building team capabilities and professional growth, assigning and managing resource allocation, defining and implementing a digitization & Agile strategy, and leading key enterprise-wide initiatives.

- Directly lead a team of 8 to 12 program and project managers.
- Own the development planning for all program and project managers within the broader team.
