Job Description
Walmart EBS Latam is seeking a Sr. Manager – Process Owner EAM (Fixed Assets & Leases) to join our Record to Report (R2 R) team. This senior leadership role is responsible for overseeing all accounting processes related to Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), including fixed assets and lease accounting, ensuring the accurate and compliant treatment of asset transactions in the company’s general ledger.
The Sr. Manager will act as a strategic liaison between Real Estate, Cap Ex, Market teams, and Shared Services, while leading a team of Senior Analysts Process Owners, driving operational excellence, robust controls, and continuous improvement initiatives within the R2 R function.
