FedEx is seeking a Sr Manager, Facility Operations at their Ottawa, Ontario facility (2400 Sheffield Rd). This is a full-time leadership role responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and controlling all operations within the service area of the Ramp and Station facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, direct and control all operations within the Ramp and Station service areas
- Provide maximum service to customers while maintaining a safe, secure, and cost-effective operation
- Manage all budgetary, people development, and operational objectives for Station and Ramp operations
- Oversee overall safety, security, quality, performance, and customer experience
- Lead direct management of employees, their performance, and operational leadership
