About the Role
Implement deal sourcing to deliver performances according to multiple objectives and ensure the entire process compliant with internal and regulatory requirements.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Responsible for deal sourcing including client expansion, relationship maintenance and pipeline management.Conduct deal-based due diligence & feasibility studies on products and coordinate internal & external reviewers to provide assessment.Implement internal assessment and decision-making process.Negotiate key clauses of relevant contracts, promote the contract signing and product filing.Participate in communication with external investors to facilitate product fundraising.Minimum Job Requirements:
