Job Summary

The Senior Manager, Contracts and Subcontracts is responsible for the full life cycle management of complex U.S. Government Prime Contracts and subawards, including collaborating with the proposal team on pre-award strategy, proposal support (including source selection), as well as the totality of post-award Prime Contract and Subcontract execution and closeout. Provides expert oversight of contracts structured under FAR Part 16, with particular emphasis on hybrid contracting vehicles incorporating Cost-Plus-Fixed- Fee (CPFF) and Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) elements, ensuring effective risk management and compliance acros...
