The role
Senior Manager, Compensation and Benefits is responsible for shaping and leading the organization’s Total Rewards strategy to support a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment. This role drives competitive, compliant, and performance-based compensation and benefits programs that attract, retain, and motivate plant, engineering, and corporate talent. Working closely with other departments, the role ensures local programs align with global frameworks, business priorities, and cost objectives.
