**WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION**:
- Provide a customer-centric focus to the overall property maintenance and service of our Reynosa's facility.
- Develop, implement, and keep control and automation systems. PLC's Robots, Machines, Ethernet protocols.
- Diagnose and tackle faults in automated systems.
- Supervise the work maintenance team members, as well as contractor that provide the maintenance activities and repairs.
- Experience in Creating, Updating and improving Preventative Maintenance schedule and requirements.
- V alidated ability to drive organizational change.

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial or Electrical Engineering, Electronic, Maintenance, Automation required.
