Sr. Lease Auditor

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Lease Auditor to join our team in a confidential capacity. This role is ideal for professionals with deep expertise in commercial lease audits, particularly in areas such as OPEX, CAM, RET, insurance, and utilities . The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring lease compliance, identifying savings opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and internal stakeholders.

• Conduct pre-audit reviews and detailed expense reconciliations across various lease types (commercial, retail, medical, industrial).
• Interpret complex lease provisions including proportionate shares, gross-ups, caps, amortizations, and co-tenancy clauses.
