Job Title: Sr. Human Resources Generalist
Location: Tinton Falls, New Jersey
Type: Temporary, 6-9 months (temporary maternity coverage)
Compensation: $34.00 - $35.00 per hour
Contractor Work Model: Onsite (Tinton Falls, NJ) Note: Remote work is not available.
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Sr. Human Resources Generalist Key Responsibilities:
+ Reports to the Head of Human Resources and supported with two other HR staff members.
+ Significant concentration on employee relations, employee investigations, and leave of absence management (processing FMLA, NJFLA, FLI, TDI, etc.)
+ Manage employee relations matters, including investigations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions (including union employees), write-ups, warnings, terminations.
+ Assist with administering FMLA and leave of absence programs, ensuring compliance and proper documentation
