Associate P&C Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic liaison between HR and designated business units such as Support Functions. This role focuses on aligning HR initiatives with business objectives, enhancing employee engagement, and driving organizational performance. The HRBP acts as a strategic partner to management on human resource‑related issues.
