Sr. Hardware Validation Engineer

Position Overview:

You will plan and execute validation testing for electrical controllers used across Polaris vehicles, working closely with internal teams, external lab partners and suppliers. In this role, you define validation strategies, design test setups, and ensure hardware meets performance, compliance, and production requirements. You will support system-level validation, contribute to design reviews, and provide data-driven insights to support product readiness.
