Brief Overview

The Full Stack & AI-Augmented Development will play a critical role within the engineering organization at Amwell. You will be a hands‑on builder who excels in a continuous delivery environment and is a power-user of AI-augmented development tools to drive improved code quality and velocity. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of features, from responsive front‑end single page applications to robust back‑end microservices.

Core Responsibilities

• Feature Development: Design and implement end‑to‑end functionality using JAVA, Node.js , Angular for Amwell’s Next Generation Software.
• AI-Driven Productivity: Lead the adoption of advanced AI coding assistants (e.g., Kiro, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or Agentic IDEs) to accelerate refactoring, documentation, and feature delivery.
