Job Description

Our organization is the Slider Process Engineering team, responsible for controlling and optimizing slider fabrication processes. The Slider Lapping Engineering and Process Department supports both new product development (NPD) and mass production by driving sustainable continuous improvement in quality, productivity, and manufacturing technology. Our mission is to ensure robust process performance while enabling current product requirements and supporting future technology and production needs.
About the role - you will:
Responsible for lapping process control and critical-to-quality (CTQ) performance management to ensure processes consistently meet product specifications, quality requirements, and performance targets

Support new product development by establishing and optimizing lapping tilt control specifications and process configurations to ensure alignment with product requirements, performance targets, and manufacturing standards...
