Your Job
Take-charge high-performance cable quality improvement. Take charge customer quality improvement, involve process issue resolve.Create and maintain quality documents associated with assigned products/ processes, improve process quality performance and give technical support to QC inspectors. Prepare for customer process audit.
What You Will Do
Handle customer quality issue as leader inside Molex DG and work as contact window with customer or other Molex entity.
Create and maintain quality documents associated with assigned products/ processes.
Drive to improve the process yield and reduce CoPQ.
Support quality supervisor for quality system maintenance, including involve process audit and finding action taken and follow up.
Customer audit preparation and findings follow up.
Coach QCs for quality control, make sure all of them understand the key quality control points and criteria.
