Job Summary
- Ensure the confirmation of product quality in line with drawing
- Delivery of product as per drawing / customer requirement at each phase of build
- Establish quality control at each stage of manufacturing with help of AME to meet product requirement
Main Responsibilities
- Deployment of customer specific requirement
- Gauge identification for new program
- Measuring equipment identification to meet product requirement
- APQP gate closer as per program time line
- Gauge report sign off with as per Program Target & time line
- Submission of PPAP documents & PSW Sign off as per time
- Close Coordination with PD/ PM / Mfg to ensure all the issue reported during Builds to be close before SOP
- Weekly meeting with customer for warranty concerns if any
- Coordinate with PM / PD/ Mfg and customer for ECN implementation
