**Key Responsibilities:**
As a Sr Eng, Structrl Engrg, you’ll be responsible for:
+ 负责VRF外机及内机产品的整机与关键部件结构设计开发
+ 参与新产品方案评估，输出结构设计方案及技术风险识别
+ 完成3D建模、2D出图及BOM编制，并确保设计数据准确性
+ 协同性能、电控及制造团队，推进产品开发
+ 跟进样机试制、测试验证及问题闭环，持续优化结构设计
+ 评估并优化结构方案的可制造性、装配性及成本
+ 支持生产过程问题分析与改善，提高量产稳定性
+ 参与供应商技术沟通及关键零部件技术评审
+ 支持新冷媒（如R32、R454B）相关结构安全设计及合规性要求落地
