The ideal candidate will manage the entire eBay store performance from product listing and optimization to pricing, promotions, order management, and customer satisfaction. This role requires deep platform knowledge, strategic planning, and strong execution skills to maximize sales, improve rankings, and ensure smooth day-to-day account operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Account & Store Management:
Manage overall eBay account health, including performance metrics, policy compliance, and dispute resolution.
Monitor and optimize listings to improve visibility, conversion rate, and customer satisfaction.
Ensure all listings align with eBays latest policies, guidelines, and category standards.
