Key Accountabilities
Responsible for components design and development.
Responsible for application and type selection of coupling / clutch, damper, DMF, etc..
Responsible for Design Release Review (DRR) of coupling / clutch, damper, DMF.
Responsible for TFC sign off, and technical negotiation with the suppliers for the print and specifications, cooperate with GSM and Quality cross function departments.
Responsible for creating and maintaining the DFMEA of coupling / clutch, damper, DMF, shall use the related product DFMEA’s, Product Safety Goals, and the SC Master List to identify component-level special characteristics (SC’s) in accordance with the Special Characteristics Procedure.
Responsible for creating and maintaining the component Design Criteria Checklist (DCC) and SOR.
Responsible for developing, utilizing, and maintaining the process, methods, and tools required to design and develop a component to meet the functional requirements.
