Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic planning, development, and execution of the company’s AI roadmap and long-term innovation strategy
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize AI and machine learning opportunities to improve operations and business value
- Partner with Data Engineering and Technology teams to build and deploy scalable AI models and generative AI capabilities
- Oversee the AI development lifecycle including model design, testing, deployment, monitoring, and retraining
- Develop and manage responsible AI frameworks addressing transparency, risk, ethics, and compliance
- Build, develop, and mentor a high-performing AI organization across data science and machine learning disciplines
- Communicate complex technical concepts and model insights to executive leadership
- Manage AI program budgets, resources, and vendor contracts
