Sr Demand Planner

At IAC Monterrey Norte, we are looking for a **Demand Planner / Customer Service** professional with experience in the automotive industry, responsible for managing customer demand, ensuring accurate order execution, and meeting delivery commitments, acting as the main interface between the OEM customer and the plant.
We are seeking a profile with hands-on experience in automotive operations, familiar with **EDI, customer releases, and plant-level execution**.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage and follow up on customer orders through EDI (releases and demand requirements).
- Analyze customer releases to ensure proper planning and execution.
- Act as the main point of contact with the customer for production and service-related topics.
- Track shipments, transportation, packaging issues, and receiving discrepancies.
