Job Description
At Onetree, we are looking for a Data Engineer to join our team and play a key role in cloud data migration and optimization projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the engineering team on the migration of functionality from Azure to AWS, designing efficient and scalable data structures.
- Define the best storage solutions in AWS and Azure, based on access patterns, data size, cost, scalability, and resilience.
- Design, build, and test data migration processes across clouds, including co-hosting scenarios and gradual transitions of read and write operations.
- The position requires candidates must be based in Mexico City. The first few months will be on-site, after which the role will move to a hybrid work model.
- Proven experience as a Data Engineer, ideally in cloud migration projects (Azure / AWS)
