As a Customer Service Specialist, you will oversee and/or perform demand planning for a specific operations area through direct communication with Customers, Commercial and Production Planning departments

YOUR ROLE: - Oversees sales order management - Oversees customer service workflow process - Prepares and presents global demand plan for short term - Coordinating transportation/logistics with shipping department and Customer - Assure daily communication flow with customers to fulfill their requirements and information needs.
- Oversees CS Team forecasting for current plus 3 months YOUR PROFILE: - Bachelor's degree on Business Administration, Engineering or related areas - Previous relevant experience on production planning and/or master production scheduling functions - Strong analytical, decision making, team-oriented skills - English 80% - SAP knowledge (preferred) - CRM (preferred)
