Job Description
Responsibilities
- Operate company vehicles to deliver and pick up packages on a floating basis across at least 15 routes.
- Act as a courier without a fixed regular route to cover open routes when assigned couriers are unavailable.
- Mentor and model strong communication, conflict resolution and leadership for hourly employees using Best Practices methods.
- Promote continued sales and generate potential incremental revenue wherever possible.
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Educational Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Related Experience Requirements
Minimum one year of previous courier experience.
Six months to learn and adjust to the job.
Special Notes
Incumbent does not have a fixed route; provides coverage for open routes in the absence of the normally assigned courier.
